The worst facial I have ever had. She was extremely vigorous and harsh on my skin after explaining I had acne. Every step felt extremely rushed and there was no relaxing element of it. There was soapy and greasy product in my eyes and hair. I didn’t know what was going on my skin or what step she was doing.
