I went into clinic to enquire about removal of a mole on my back. I was made very welcome by the staff, I was then examined and was told yes we can do this. I then asked if I could make an appointment and was told we can do it now for you. I was very happy for that to happen, as I have put up with it for years.i was put at ease told to lie down and the procedure was carried out quickly and efficiently. As I was very nervous she talked to me throughout.apart from a few minor tingles it was pain
