Lima is just lovely. From the second I walked in, she completely put me ease. As a body conscious person, this is probably the most important thing for me - I walked out of the clinic excited to start my treatment and no longer nervous so that says it all! Lima explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I had. The clinic is absolutely lovely, a total hidden gem!
