I had my first intimate hair removal treatment with Lima which I was initially really nervous about, but Lima was absolutely exceptional. She really made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the whole procedure. Lima is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to her craft - she explained each step of the process backing it up with the science which was really helpful and reassuring. All in all, Lima was very bubbly and welcoming which made for a really enjoyable experience!
