I had the laser removal with the new machine was at ease like always with Helima and the new machine was very a lot warmer on my skin but not painful at all. Happy with the appointment like always.

This was a 'top up' laser session. When I arrived, Lima explained that she had a new machine and talked me through it - it was amazing! I found it to be less painful (although it was never THAT painful anyway, but around my upper lip and under my nose used to get me every time, but not with this machine), it was quicker and I have been assured there will be better results (results before were pretty amazing anyway). Overall, a great experience as always - highly recommend to anyone.
