Massage was really great, especially for the money. As good as Ive had at luxury spas. I also booked a pedicure and that was not as good- not a true pedi as I expected, but really not much more than a polish change. Didn't file my heels til I asked, then it was after my polish was on, for only about ten seconds and with a file that had clearly been used, though to be fair, she said they sanitize them. Didn't like seeing someone else's skin on my file so didn't mind it only took two seconds. But didn't soak them after it so went out with skin filings on me. Ick. She also did not touch me above the ankle at all. Even a ten second leg massage or scrub would have been nice, but nothing. The girl was very sweet though. This makes up for a lot.
Be prepared for anything... students work unsupervised, my pedicure ended up smudged and all over my socks (I was given ok to put those on 5 mins after they finished the treatment). They asked me to come again to redo the polish but I have no time or desire to go back there.
No refund offered as this is a student salon and it's not them who ruined my pedicure, it was my socks/shoes (quoting their words....)
