Very helpful and accommodating.
Excellent standard of gel nail application.
I am an occupational therapist and attended to support a lady who had a stroke. She wanted her nails done, but it was difficult to get to the nails on one hand. Francesca was happy to work around this and spent extra time communicating and ensuring the lady was comfortable. Would recommend.
