Samantha was welcoming when I arrived,then explained everything about the treatment and her knowledge was amazing cause I didn't realise my skin on my face was as bad as it was. The treatment it's self was was relaxing with calming music on and heated bed. After treatment I felt/looked amazing couldn't believe difference in one treatment. Samantha provided after care products and explained how to use. Also explained what products would be fantastic for me to use in going forward. Samantha even took time to look at my daughters face and give advice for products as her face is of a teenager. Overall 5 stars for Samantha x
