The spa itself is very nice and the lady was very pleasant. I unfortunately had a bad experience with poor customer service. They were unable to offer the full treatment that I booked and paid for with treatwell and what I was offered in return turned out to be much worse value. I think this is appalling as I was inconvenienced, not warned before that I wouldn’t be able to have the full treatment and they did nothing to try and make this up to me. I’m glad I booked through treatwell as their customer service seems to be to a much higher standard.
