Very knowledgeable staff - they really know their stuff, but didn't put any pressure on us to buy expensive products like some spas do.
The spa is gorgeous, lovely decor and immaculately clean.
I booked the treatment for my mum and she loved it. Her skin looked amazing after the treatment and she was so happy.

As soon as you enter the Spa you feel relaxed. The treatments are better than any top London salon we have ever been in and we are very lucky to have this high quality reasonably priced Salon locally in Radlett. You will leave as though you are walking on a Cloud relaxed pampered and happy.
