Salon ran late even though I arrived early and the lady who did my nails wasn’t doing anything when I arrived. To start with one lady split between myself and another customer so I had removal on for over 15 mins, apparently due to double booking on the platform. Manicure in the end was good quality and done efficiently but an odd experience.
