The shop was extremely busy with nowhere to wait. I had an appointment but dispose this was made to wait 1hr till I was seen.

Had to wait half an hour and then was rushed through the appointment and overcharged for a “deluxe” treatment when I booked an express

The service and result is very good, although I was expecting a longer session (took about 25mins and it is offered as a 45mins service). Also, there seemed to be a difference between what I had booked through Treatwell and what they offered for the service I booked. It was ok at they end they should align their services with what Treatwell offers.
