I have been here a few times and have always had a positive result. But this time..... although my luxury pedicure was ok ( last time was so much better) my luxury manicure is a disaster! I had my nails filed when sitting having a pedicure so uncomfortable. Person who did both manicure and pedicure just complained the whole time that she had a cold. Although I payed for a luxury mani and pedi there was no hand massage or moisturiser just a quick file and nail paint (all my nails have chipped and peeled after one day!) last time I came my nails lasted a good 2 weeks. Then left to sit under the dryers for 45 mins being totally ignored. in the end I just left and no one said a word!! So disappointed!!!

The staff I spoke to were really lovely people, my nail technician nailed my art design I got from Instagram. My friend and I look amazing! And we had a great first experience, We’ll definitely be back!
