Suzi was amazing. Friendly, warm, caring, fast and very competent. Definitely recommend her. The place is not that welcoming to start with as it feels a bit like entering a nail factory. Staff all seem friendly. I sincerely hope that the staff get paid sufficiently well. I will go back to Suzi for waxing.
