I accidentally booked an appointment via Treatwell at Skye Nails London, when I meant to book with a salon of the same name in Brighton, where I live. I immediately contacted the salon to inform them of my mistake. Due to various cancellation policies, I was unable to cancel the appointment myself and request a refund.A representative from Treatwell emailed Kelly at the salon to either agree to a refund or allow me to rebook. Sadly I had no response, So I paid £45 for a pedicure I did not have.
