Always do a really great job with my nails here! Only comment I would make is that the general vibe does feel a little hectic and rushed.

The woman was very heavy handed and rough. She also rushed through the manicure and as a result caught my cuticle making it bleed and left a very patchy look on my varnish. Won’t be coming back

I have been to this venue once before and it was great but sadly this time I was left waiting for 35mins with my feet soaking in lukewarm water and when I eventually had my appointment it felt rushed and the quality wasn’t as great as last time. It was incredibly busy but I seemed to be the only one who had booked an appointment, so the long wait and finished result was a little disappointing
