Appointments don’t actually guarantee you a time unfortunately as it still seems to be first through the door first served. Ended up paying £33 in total which is the same as a full set on their board it was £8 for 3 new nails which doesn’t add up right to me

Looks like they were double booked so they did the removal in a complete rush and quite roughly so it was painful and the buffering scratched the skin around my nails quite a bit. They only removed the shellac in a hurry with no trimming or shaped filing like most other places offer.
