I was disappointed by the fact that even though I booked an appointment I had to wait 25min as if it was a walk-in. Nobody apologised or tried to make up an excuse. The venue was clean and the pedicure good, however a bit pricy for what you get. Overall I am happy with the treatment however there is no point in booking as you will be treated as a walk-in.
