They clearly didn’t know I was coming so room was not prepared & cold, I was left there to get ready but I had to ask for a towel, heat & even music. Masseuse didn’t speak to me at all to ask what I wanted. Massage itself disappointing too

I booked a well needed pedicure- staff was polite.I took off some stars because while she was cutting the hard skin underneath on the side of the foot she cut an area much deeper and it hurt. I saw her looking at the area and I was waiting to see if she would say smthg. She didn’t. In fact after the pedicure finished I noticed that it was sore and after I went home I noticed blood there and also all around my big toenail. I didn’t say anything because I thought it was just soreness but at home I noticed the cut was deep and has been painful to walk since I had the pedicure.
I appreciate that it was not intentional but because I saw her looking and rubbing the area I would expect her to apologise and put some disinfect and plaster on the wound.
