Suzi was amazing. Friendly, warm, caring, fast and very competent. Definitely recommend her. The place is not that welcoming to start with as it feels a bit like entering a nail factory. Staff all seem friendly. I sincerely hope that the staff get paid sufficiently well. I will go back to Suzi for waxing.

Staff were so helpful and friendly, first time going to this place and my eyebrows are absolutely perfect and the experience was almost pain free! Will definitely be coming again
