They eyelashes look fine but actually hurt at times having them put on which I've never had before, and wasn't quite what I asked for as I'd asked that they weren't longer at the edge.
The worst hair colour I've ever had. The hairdresser doesn't speak English so used another member of staff to translate at the beginning who then left- so felt I couldn't communicate what I wanted properly. I paid over £80 for a full head of highlights and ended up getting 14 foils, randomly scattered. I've had my hair highlighted a lot before and these foils were put in nowhere near the roots and rather than folded, the foil was scrunched up around the hair. I then had to pay an additional fee of £30 for a toner (always happy to pay extra for a toner, but I've never paid more than £20) that I'm not convinced happened. My hair was only dried off and then straightened- I couldn't even ask how I wanted my hair blow dried due to previously mentioned communication issues. The lighting is terrible in the basement where the salon is so it wasn't until I was home that I saw my hair literally has purple streaks in it and is a vivid orange at the top. I've booked myself in for an emergency appointment at a different salon as I'm so embarrassed by how it looks. Do not waste your money here.
Very thorough and good manicure. Very pleased
I had the eyebrow threading in the middle of the room whilst this could have been done either in the beauty room or in the hairdresser area as it seemed to be empty when I went to get the waxing. The eyebrow threading was ok but I had been bleeding a bit and this can still be seen on my eyebrow after a few days. When I got the waxing, the member of staff had not changed the sheet (however, they may have done it before I arrive) and there was a pillow that seems to have been used before. I think that it is a good place to go for nails treatment (plenty of colours) and the comments above just means that there is room for improvement for the beauty treatment services. If you are looking for a (fairly cheap) beauty treatment that does the job, then it is your place. I will go back and try the nail treatment as it seems to be a good place for getting a manicure/ pedicure.
Great eyelash tech - will be back again for sure
