I had my hair done that week at another salon and got an undercut. I was thinking that I wanted it done all the way (both sides and back of head). I was really worried that they wouldn't get the lines just right and match my other side but they did an impeccable job. Got a lovely head massage when my hair was being cleaned too!

I was very pleased with the end result of the treatment! And good value. However when I came in staff didn't say anything and when I explained I had an appointment an employee indicated for me to sit in a waiting area then another came straight over and started painting my brows without anything said before - I had to stop her and explain the colour I wanted etc. Staff are not unfriendly but perhaps a little unorthodox.
