I had the eyebrow threading in the middle of the room whilst this could have been done either in the beauty room or in the hairdresser area as it seemed to be empty when I went to get the waxing.
The eyebrow threading was ok but I had been bleeding a bit and this can still be seen on my eyebrow after a few days.
When I got the waxing, the member of staff had not changed the sheet (however, they may have done it before I arrive) and there was a pillow that seems to have been used before.
I think that it is a good place to go for nails treatment (plenty of colours) and the comments above just means that there is room for improvement for the beauty treatment services. If you are looking for a (fairly cheap) beauty treatment that does the job, then it is your place.
I will go back and try the nail treatment as it seems to be a good place for getting a manicure/ pedicure.

My appointment got moved back by an hour which was annoying but the actual massage was fab

Wonderful massage. Lovely masseuse with good pressure. However this is not a spa like experience but a room in the back of a nail shop. Didn't get my nails done, but the salon looked nice and if the massage is anything like the massage I'm sure they'll do a great job.
