The overall experience was okay. However I tried their CND Vinylux nail polish and it was promised 1 week chip free and I already had chips by the end of the day and there were air bubbles in the polish. They tried to fix it which was nice but it still came back. Maybe it was just the product. However, the staff were friendly and accommodating and the salon was clean.

Nice but a little unorganized. My friend next to me booked the same treatment but got treated very differently in terms of what were done with her nails.

I am very demanding when it comes to manicures and pedicures. I've got a shellac manicure at Skye a few days ago and I am so far I am very happy. The reason I gave 4 not 5 is because of cuticles work - but it seems a common thing in London not to spend too much time on it...
