I had a young man do my nails, he did them so carefully. They're beautiful!

I had an absolutely terrible experience. The shop was absolutely filthy. They didn't sterilize any of the utensils. They physically yanked my hands and I felt so uncomfortable. They didn't use any cuticle softener so when they came to cutting my cuticles it was extremely painful, and the technician cut me twice, drawing blood. They didn't offer an apology and didn't use any anti-septic wipes to clean the cut. They were so rude to me the whole time as well. It was awful, STAY AWAY.
