The person who was doing my nails blew her nose and then came to do my pedicure. I politely asked her to wash her hands. She screamed at me to get out for 10 mins whilst I took the nail wraps of my fingers n put my shoes n socks on. When I asked for my money back she said I smell and told me to go to Treatwell and refused. One worker said the pandemic was made up n I need to relax. So I left. I never got my nails done n they have not returned my £52

Both my manicure and pedicure treatment was amazing! I got soaked, massaged, exfoliated and cuticles cleaned before the polish. Many beautiful colours to pick from and the staff is very kind and caring too. Would recommend this salon!
