I went in there without any cuts and with my nails smooth and without knicks and broken skin around my nails. I left with all of the above. I am flabbergasted at the service and the way in which they treated me when I highlighted these issues to them.

Overall a good experience and I’d go back, but customer service could be improved by staff making customers feel a bit more welcome.
