I was trying to ignore the fact that they keep hiring kids but this experience was absolutely the worst. Not only I had to pay extra for various things but the 20 (or less)-years old boy literally mutilated my nails. The most amateur manicure I’ve ever had. No shape and different lengths on every nail. I’m actually going to a different salon tomorrow to fix this and I’m never coming back here, despite being a client for two years. Shame.

didn't get served by Annie as stated ,had a male instead. he did a good job but he was quite rough and hurt my fingers to the point where I was flinching .not very pleasant

Love coming here, I never leave disappointed! The nail techs are experienced and take their time regardless how busy they are. I won’t go anywhere else!
