I usually love this place and get an exceptional experience but this time it was awful. Staff was rude, rushing my treatment and was getting me frustrated-as this was treatment was for me to go on holiday. It was Saturday and packed but thats no excuse. I also didnt get the person i booked.

Great mani/pedi- amazing selection of colours, super friendly and fast, plus nice touch of being offered a drink. Definitely going back again.
