Gentle man decided to charge me again when I already paid. I am having a hard time getting my money back that I prepaid. I am very upset.

Not a great venue, small and cramped and not all that clean. I was barely acknowledged when I first walked in and was kept waiting for a full 30 minutes. Stylist was nice, a few communication issues when I was explaining what I wanted. The treatment was rushed and I did not have the conditioning, which I had already paid for. He then told me at the end that I owed an additional £15 cash only. I then had to search for an ATM. None to be found nearby and heavily pregnant. Not a happy customer!
