This was a really luxurious treat. I initially went to the wrong part but the guy I spoke to took me directly to where I needed to be, I was then offered my robe & towel & shown around. Using the facilities was amazing there were plenty there to use and feel relaxed in a wonderful atmosphere. You could even just chill on a lounger. The spa treatment itself was outstanding, Olivia was very professional and I felt so relaxed after my facial. Would highly recommend for a truly relaxing experience.

Having suffered aching shoulders I booked a back and neck massage, and within a day was feeling the benefit. Very relaxing experience, have rebooked again.

Very lovely friendly and helpful staff. Emails always answered promptly. My only criticism would be the drips that came through the roof over the pool as it had rained. Made me jump a few times while trying to relax
