Overall a great experience the only down size was the fish I had for lunch the batter was not cooked through properly and was very stodgy

We had a really nice time - started with the pool/hot tub/sauna and then went and relaxed before our treatment. One of our party changed her mind and Olivia was very accommodating. She was very lovely, gentle and professional.
one point I would make is that a rough time limit for hot tub use would be good - or get another one maybe. But all in all we had a lovely day.
