The club needs some TLC. The relaxation room is lovely, the fish tank especially. Sadly any noise in there comes into the treatment room, so as I am having my massage all I could hear was the three ladies outside talking.
My massage all I could smell was the person before on the towels.
No support under your ankles to help your back as the therapist had forgotten to bring it with her.
Asked what areas I would liked focused on, said back and shoulders, she did not even touch my shoulders.

My first visit here wasn’t that impressed as I compared it to other places I’d been too. Not very attentive, some areas quite dirty especially round the swimming pool and jacuzzi dirty too no nice little touches like free tea or coffee or fruit this is what we usually get where we go. The food was lovely but waited so long for it and it wasn’t even that busy. The robes were rough too so overall we all said we wouldn’t be visiting again shame

Very relaxing surroundings, lovely people & just the place to go for a relaxing few hours, especially with a dip in the pool or a sauna afterwards, Highly recommended & so pleased I joined. And, did I mention the relaxing & tranquil location? Hard to believe it is so close to the M27, but it feels like you are in the middle of the countryside, albeit only surrounded by a golf course. If it was way out further in the sticks, I'd happily make the journey every time!

The venue was average, the therapists lovely, the treatment lovely. The robes had holes in & areas weren’t clean. We got it on a special offer had we of paid full price I would have been very disappointed.
