My experience with Amy was brilliant and the food was fantastic, unfortunately I wasn't able to use the Spa or Swimming pool as I have mobility problems with arthritis in my back and my knees, I couldn't get into the Spa as it was up a couple of wooden steps and then you had to climb up into to get in and the steps at the swimming pool were only three steps down, I couldn't physically get into either which was a great shame as I was really looking forward to relaxing, never mind,

Very tired looking inpool area and saunas constantly dripped on by cold condensation when trying to relax
Therapist were lovely facial was just a massage but enjoyable

Nice spa day, but a few small issues.
Good points:
Amazing steam room
Nice pool
Lovely relaxation area
Friendly staff
Bad points:
Condensation dripping from ceiling in pool area left robe and towel really wet
Hot tub bubbles not great
Had to get changed back into normal clothes for lunch
Lunch, although food was nice it took almost 2 hours so felt rushed as we had a treatment in the afternoon
