Our massage was 5 star the food was great the pool area is diabolical leaking roof no jets in jacuzzi no water fountains dressing guan were soaked from the leaking roof very disappointed

Lovely massage and a delicious lunch but the facilities themselves are tired and not very clean. Pool was cold and hot tub doesn’t work properly and was pretty dirty.
Was a windy day so cold condensation constantly dripping down from the roof.
