Really beautiful spa and Olivia was very warm and welcoming. A nice massage, just a little more flow and firmness needs in the right places.
Restaurant is lovely and staff very friendly. Did take 30 minutes for someone to come over and take order and ask about drinks. My email stated that the table would be required back within 45 minutes, but I was still there waiting for pudding at an hour and 15.
A lovely place with very lovely staff. Maybe a little more attention to customer service.

Staff were very friendly and really helpful, nothing was to much trouble.
Our treatments and relaxation room is amazing and we stayed in there most of the day.
The pool area was clean, but a little dated and could do with an update but this was just a minor detail.
