I've had many massages but felt this one was performed by a newbie. and actually left me feeling unfinished!
My feet and neck were missed completely and so were the palms of my hand And-every other finger was tapped ???
It just felt like half of an attempt! Although the girl
Was lovely the lack of confidence and skill

We were on a Rejuvenate spa day which we think was great value. So nice to visit a spa facility with all the facilities working and the place was so clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities were easy to find and get round.
Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage
An amazing and relaxing massage, exactly what I needed to ease tension in my neck.
Every staff member I encountered was attentive, friendly and helpful.
I even stayed for some lunch, which was delicious.
I would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. The restaurant was lovely, very modern and clean and the food served was amazing!
The Swedish massage was first class and the therapist, Olivia was brilliant.
Sadly, the cleanliness of the spa facilities let it down. The hot tub was dirty with scum around the top, the loungers were very grubby and in need of a clean. The changing rooms were okay but not as clean as I had hoped for a 5* spa resort.
