Really lovely surroundings. Spa quiet as it was a week day. Lovely abd chilled.
The bar area where we had afternoon tea was a bit noisy but all the staff there and in the spa area were lovely.
The afternoon tea was lovely too.

Really great experience. Olivia was welcoming and professional. The whole experience was a real treat. However, it was very expensive....how about if you have one treatment you get the second half price

Wonderful welcome, all the staff from spa and restaurant very helpful and made to feel very welcome.
An observation was changing area very cold.
The therapy room were relaxing and the therapist shout out to Zoe . My daughter and grandaughter very pleased.
Steam room, sauna wonderful. Pool a little cold for me and roof leaked a little.
The robes, slippers and towels provided wonderful.
All in all a wonderful birthday treat.
