The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. The restaurant was lovely, very modern and clean and the food served was amazing!
The Swedish massage was first class and the therapist, Olivia was brilliant.
Sadly, the cleanliness of the spa facilities let it down. The hot tub was dirty with scum around the top, the loungers were very grubby and in need of a clean. The changing rooms were okay but not as clean as I had hoped for a 5* spa resort.

Really well priced spa day. Me and my sister had a lovely day. Facilities are well kept. Treatment was lovely and the food was yum! We'll definitely return
