I had never been to Skylark before and I had been gifted a spa voucher for my birthday. I chose the facial and then added the pedicure as an extra. I had Olivia as my therapist and she was brilliant. Both treatments were great and very relaxing. She was a pleasure to chat to while having the pedicure done.
The treatment rooms were clean, well laid out and I loved the chill out area outside the treatment rooms. Very comfortable and peaceful.
The swimming pool area was really disappointing due to what looks like renovations happening and definitely not worth £20 each for the privilege. The therapists were lovely, massages were ok.
The pool area was uninspiring, dirty windows, one wall had no plaster, the jacuzzi most of the jets barely working, looks very run down.
The food that was included with spa day was poor, I couldn't eat the burger, poor quality, tasted horrible. The chips were good and wait staff were superb,Have been before and the food was excellent, this time smaller portions and not great.Saving grace was the amazing therapists who did mine and my daughters treatments, this was her bday gift, very disappointed
