The staff and treatment were excellent. Only thing I would say is the facilities need updating the swimming pool and Hot tub area.

Relaxing experience, excellent treatment by Mia. Able to sit and use the relaxation room for as long as needed which I really enjoyed 😌

It was overall a really gorgeous experience.
One of our therapists gave a mini head massage without checking first that I wanted it. (I was having the facial). I have long hair that had only just been washed and it left my hair really greasy because of the product she used. As soon as she'd started there was no point complaining because the product was already in my hair. I just wished she'd asked first

The pool and jaccuzi were so unclean. Clumps of hair floating around, grit and grime. It was really gross!

Very scenic venue, staff were all very helpful and friendly. The full body massage was very relaxing and the pool was light and airy.
