Once found u it was ok. Directions down-loaded from yr website awful, took 30 mins to find u once at Whiteley. Staff lovely, food great, atmosphere really lively. Spa changing rooms good, padlocks tiny easily lost. Maybe supply band to attach them to? Pool was bit cold, steam room not usable as far too hot. Reported, told it would be turned down, but it was not so could not use. Pool cover looked as if needed good clean. Good view from pool area.
