I was informed on the morning of my spa day that the steam room wasn't working and the heater had broken within the pool facilities. I was advised that I could reschedule to another day so I really appreciated the call to set my expectations. The treatments were amazing but I was just really disappointed to find out that we had to get dressed to go for lunch. Had I know this when I booked up then I probably would not of gone ahead with the booking.
As on previous occasions, I was treated very well all the time I was in the salon. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they always make me feel special no matter which treatment I am having , or how long I spend there .
I always look forward to going there to be spoilt.
