Once found u it was ok. Directions down-loaded from yr website awful, took 30 mins to find u once at Whiteley. Staff lovely, food great, atmosphere really lively. Spa changing rooms good, padlocks tiny easily lost. Maybe supply band to attach them to? Pool was bit cold, steam room not usable as far too hot. Reported, told it would be turned down, but it was not so could not use. Pool cover looked as if needed good clean. Good view from pool area.
Had 2 spray tans recently : Both Spa Manager Georgie and Therapist Chelsea are great at putting the guest right at ease and have expert knowledge. Wouldn’t want to book this service elsewhere actually.
The surroundings are lovely and relaxing and all the staff at skylark are happy and extremely professional.

The Spa is a lovely relaxing venue and very clean. Chelsea was very friendly and my back felt so much better after a deep tissue massage.
Deep Tissue Massage
Georgie was lovely and did a great job of my nails, I'll definitely be back again. Huge choice of colours available as well.
