My friend and I came here for a spa day on Sunday as we are both heavily pregnant and wanted a relaxing day together. Unfortunately we only stayed for 2 hours as the place was awful, smelt of mould, the towels that were provided were covered in bleach stains, the dressing gowns looked like they had been worn repeatedly for 30 years, the Jacuzzi was full of dirt and covered in a layer of scum, they messed up our afternoon tea booking, there was only one member of staff working so our treatments were done one after the other rather than at the same time so we lost that time together (I was told via email that both treatments were at 10am) All in all it was a shambles and probably the least relaxing experience of my life. Will NEVER recommend. The only saving grace was the lady that did our treatments as she was very friendly and the treatments were lovely.
