We loved getting free soft drinks served to us. This made us feel really special and made the spa package stand out from other spa days. The afternoon tea was delicious too. Overall, a lovely day.

Booked as a birthday treat for my girlfriend. Excellent service, facilities were good, staff very professional in the spa. Only comment would be that the robes either need repairing or replacing as twice I had broken straps, not a problem but something easily corrected. Afternoon tea was very nice but service in the restaurant was a little below expectations, water but no glasses, coffee but no spoons, generally unattentive which is unfortunate for such a great venue. Otherwise a very enjoyable day and left very happy.

Lovely setting being able to look out and have a view whilst having this treatment done rather than being in a room with no windows! Will return again:)
