Great spa day, everyone was really welcoming and lovely. only thing I would say is that the hot tub could do with a little more TLC.

Enjoyed the day. Pool area could be kept up a bit better. Patched up holes in the roof. Green mould(?) around window when looking out of hot tub. Just could do with a bit of TLC. Afternoon tea nice and plenty of food. All staff friendly and helpful.

Alice was lovely and kept checking on us to see if we needed anything else, drinks etc. The massage was also great and I will be looking at returning again in the future.
The lunch included the roast option so was pleasantly surprised and it was also 10/10.
