Had a nice spa day and afternoon tea booked for 2
Just a couple of points to take on board ...
When we arrived only one of us was booked in for spa day and treatment ... lucky enough things were giggled to allow us our treatments
Our afternoon tea was booked for 2pm but you had 3pm .... maybe a little more training needed for the leisure booking staff?
Was looking to join ... but a couple of things put me off ...
As we walked into the pool area it smelt very musty and not very fresh
We went to get in the hot tub but it didn’t look very clean ... scum and oils on the top and edge of the tub
I hope that these comments help overall nice

Not as nice as I expected, staff friendly enough but my treatments were at least 15 mins less than they should have been which I didn’t notice until I left and looked at the time. Spa reception not very nice with staff eating behind the desk which I found unprofessional. Wouldn’t go there again.

Georgeous setting, and really lovely spa thetapists. The spa looks out onto a beautiful golf course and pond, however the woodwork on the windows needs repair and painting again.

Everyone was so helpful even though we weren’t members, but on a special package. We were treated so well and the treatments were amazing.
Also the afternoon tea was lovely. Fresh, tasty amid peaceful surroundings. What more could you want.
