Booked as a birthday treat for my girlfriend. Excellent service, facilities were good, staff very professional in the spa. Only comment would be that the robes either need repairing or replacing as twice I had broken straps, not a problem but something easily corrected. Afternoon tea was very nice but service in the restaurant was a little below expectations, water but no glasses, coffee but no spoons, generally unattentive which is unfortunate for such a great venue. Otherwise a very enjoyable day and left very happy.

Lovely setting being able to look out and have a view whilst having this treatment done rather than being in a room with no windows! Will return again:)
