All the staff were lovely and friendly, atmosphere was lovely but facilities were awful. Floors in changing rooms were very slippy, hot tub was dirty and robe had seen better days. Food was unimaginative- selection of salads were limited and boring. I ended up having breakfast for lunch which was well cooked and delicious. Staff were absolutely lovely and treatment was good. Unfortunately I came away ill so I won't be returning.

Therapists were welcoming and friendly.
Massage and facial were amazing, definitely plan on returning.
Relaxation room very good, would suggest tea and coffee in the room.
