I think the facilities are great, and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Taylor Mae (spelling?) was also great. The only down side is there are quite a lot of signs of wear and tear that catch your eye and I think dampen the experience. The sauna surround needs fixing; the shower between the sauna and steam room has water spurting in all directions from limescale build-up, and it is only cold, which I don't think encourages people to shower before using facilities.That sort of thing.

The pool was cold and in a sort of greenhouse with a 4 seater garden jacuzzi in 1 corner and 3 big noisy generators in the other 3 corners,the loungers were plastic beach ones, overall it certainly was not relaxing. The treatments we had were very good and Olivia was very professional, we booked lunch as well and when we got there at 1.15 a lot was not available, this was supposed to be a pre Christmas treat for me and daughters we were extremely disappointed and would not go again.
