Olivia was very welcoming and friendly. I booked the massage due to a lot of stress and found her technique very strong. Because I was holding so much tension in my shoulders we discussed having a softer massage. Olivia worked with me to offer me the right treatment in a relaxing environment. I would recommend her.

Cold spa, constantly had bits on my
Toes. Steam room wasn’t very clean, neither was hot tub. Pool was too cold to get in. Cold treatment room. Getting dropped on constantly by the condensation dripping from the roof.
Lunch was lovely. Good choice.
Receptionist and therapist were lovely, shame about the spa as it was for my 40th birthday with friends I hadn’t seen for years. Very disappointed ☹️

Olivia was really lovely and welcoming, explained everything I needed to know and made use of the full time of the treatment. She's got a lovely touch and takes real care in the treatment she's doing. It was lovely!! 10/10 :)
