Staff were very friendly and helpful. Massage was lovely. Had the pool mostly to ourselves which was lovely. Very nice pool and scenery. The relaxation room was also really nice to sit in and chill.

Mixed experience, the therapist was absolutely lovely especially as she was very pregnant she ensured we had a great treatment and took time and attention to detail.
The welcome team were not overly welcoming though and despite booking a hot stones massage and us paying for it there was no one to do it. Receptionist seemed a bit miffed when I asked to be refunded the difference of treatments when a cheaper treatment was offered. Overall lovely facilities would expect better welcome and care .

I’m not a member of the club, but I booked a full body Swedish massage + scalp massage, as my body was in need! The staff were warm and attentive, and my massage was excellent - thank you so much!🙏🏼
