Great experience for my husbands birthday. The massage was very good, delicious food and good service in a nice venue! Just wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything was absolutely perfect, staff, food , atmosphere, cleanliness, and Treatments.
The only 1 thing negative was the roof over the pool etc the condensation drips on you ! That could do with an overhaul x

The pool area is tired, hot tub not hot and dirty, sun beds old - hand rail also not secure - Needs fixing.
Treatments were fine, room a little cold but the therapist sorted that.
Lunch - your menu never changes, why not offer a few specials. Expecting sautéed potatoes but chips came.
Overall it’s fine but you could do so much more, I will be back and hope some changes are afoot. Completely understand these might have to wait till the new owners arrive.

A very warm , welcoming experience with a drink on arrival, in a very clean environment.
Olivia always greets me with a considerate approach and provides detailed information on all her treatments.Attention to details in a calm professional atmosphere is both comforting and relaxing.An hour with Olivia is like a day on holiday , good for both my health and mental wellbeing!
